Here I am talking about food again! If you are lucky enough to live by the Mediterranean, you’d better like fish right? Last Saturday, we made our way a little out of the city to Rumeli Kavağı, where we went to a fish restaurant for a friend’s birthday. It came out on a plate that must have been 10x15” or so. The waiter cut it up, started by removing the fins that seemed to wrap around the whole fishes’ cooked body. It was the texture of swordfish and had a light flavor somewhere between orange roughy and chicken. Unlike anything I have tried before!
